I have a new vehicle, how do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?
If you have your pass number, please visit any Scrubadub location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle. If you need your pass number, please email or call us at (508) 650-1155.
Can I change my plan type online?
Yes, click on the change plan button above. You will need your customer number.
How can I cancel my plan?
You may cancel your plan any time with at least 4 days written notice prior to your monthly recharge date. You may use our cancellation form or send us an email at scrub@scrubadub.com. Verbal cancellations at a site or a voice message are not acceptable.
Do I need my unlimited tag number to cancel my plan or update my credit card on file?
Yes, If you do not have your unlimited tag number please email us at scrub@scrubadub.com or call (508) 650-1155 Ext #0 (Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm)
Where do I find my customer Number?
Your customer number is located on the ScrubaDub tag that is located on your windshield. It is either a 6 digit number or an 11 digit number with a + sign. (12345+123456) Your customer Number can also be found on your receipt when you joined or on the contract that was emailed to you when you joined.
How long does it take for my plan to be cancelled?
Your plan will continue to be active until your next billing date. You may continue to wash your car during this time.
Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I change my credit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request.
What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
You will need to stop by a location to reactivate your plan.
Can I pause my plan for a vacation or do I need to cancel it?
We do not have a pause option. You can cancel your plan and your plan will not recharge on your recharge date. When you want to wash again you simply just visit any location and rejoin a plan using the tag/customer # that is already on your windshield.
