Celebrate Culture Week with Us!
We are celebrating ScrubaDub’s culture all week long with games, challenges, prizes and discussions. Join us for the activities listed below from Mon, 12/1 through Fri, 12/5.
Schedule of Activities:
12/1: Care Like Family
GAME: Want to show us all you know about our Core Values? Join us for a Family Feud style game called “Core Values Trivia Challenge” via Zoom at 11am.
⇨ Sign up via GOOGLE FORM by Friday, November 15 by clicking the button below. Winning team members will get a $25 Tango Gift Card and all participants receive a spin on the ScrubaDub prize wheel.
12/2: Dazzle
SHOUTOUTS: Let’s shout it out! Know someone who exemplifies our Core Values and would like to acknowledge them? Join the Zoom call at 11am using the link above to share your thoughts. Anyone given a shoutout will be given an opportunity to spin the ScrubaDub prize wheel.
VIDEO MONTAGE: We are creating a video montage for Culture Week. Submit a Video of your location saying “Happy Culture Week” or sharing something they enjoy about our culture. Must submit by 12 pm on 12/1.
12/3: Show Pride/Safety Always
TEAM CHALLENGE: Is there a system that you’ve wanted to make more efficient at work? Or a space that you would like to improve to be less cluttered? Well enter the Mission Possible Teamwork Challenge.
CONTEST SUBMISSION: Take a photo of BEFORE and AFTER and submit them to us through this form. A panel of judges will select the entry showing the greatest improvement. The winner will earn extra team points, while all participants will receive points for submitting. Submissions are due by Tuesday, November 25. Winners will be announced at 11am via Zoom on 12/3.
12/4: Drive Change
BEST IDEA CONTEST: We’re part of an innovative industry and culture that thrives on fresh ideas to make our business even better. Do you have a suggestion that could help ScrubaDub continue to grow and succeed? Share your idea via Google Form, whether it’s related to marketing, operations, safety, or anything else! Ideas must be submitted by Friday, Nov. 21st to be considered. All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges and the winner/winning group will be celebrated, notified by email and will receive a $200 cash prize!
12/5: Be Accountable
KAHOOT GAME: Let’s close out the week with a fun Kahoot Game all about our Core Values and Culture. Join via this Zoom link at 11am and play along with your peers. The top 3 winners will receive a $50, $25 and $15 Tango Gift Card respectively. All participants will receive an opportunity to spin the ScrubaDub Prize Wheel!
TOWN HALL/REMARKS: Thanks for participating. Each department will end the call with remarks closing out this week of fun and highlights from the past year.
