Culture Week 2026

GAME: What do you know about ScrubaDub Core Values? Join us for a fun game called “Core Values Trivia Challenge” to show us what you know! Join via Zoom at 10:45am.

EMPLOYEE OUTING: Join your team, bring your family and enjoy the comradery at Canobie Lake Park! During our gathering we will present Core Value Awards along with these additional elements:

• SHOUTOUTS: Let’s shout it out! We’ve collected your shout outs and will share them at the outing on the big screen.
• RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS CHALLENGE: Fill the bucket of a co-worker by writing a note and letting them know that they are appreciated. These will be given out during the outing.

TEAM CHALLENGE: Is there a system that you’ve wanted to make more efficient at work? Or a space that you would like to improve to be less cluttered? Well enter the Mission Possible Teamwork Challenge.

CONTEST SUBMISSION: Take a photo of BEFORE and AFTER and submit them to us through this form. A panel of judges will select the entry showing the greatest improvement. The winner will earn extra team points, while all participants will receive team points for submitting. Submissions are due by Fri, August 7th. Winners will be announced at 11am via Zoom on 8/19.

BEST IDEA CONTEST: We’re part of an innovative industry and culture that thrives on fresh ideas to make our business even better. Do you have a suggestion that could help ScrubaDub continue to grow and succeed? Share your idea via Google Form, whether it’s related to marketing, operations, safety, or anything else! Ideas must be submitted by Friday, July 31st to be considered. All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges and the winner/winning group will be celebrated, notified by email and will receive a $200 cash prize! Winner will be announced at 11am via Zoom on 8/20.

KAHOOT GAME: Let’s close out the week with a fun Kahoot Game all about our Core Values and Culture. Join via this Zoom link at 11am and play along with your peers. The top 3 winners will receive a $50, $30 and $20 Tango Gift Card respectively. All participants will receive an opportunity to spin the ScrubaDub Prize Wheel!
